A Journey to Islamorada

The drive from Miami to Key West is one of the most spectacular road trips in the United States. As you cruise down Highway 1, you'll pass through Islamorada—a destination you definitely don't want to miss.

Whether you're just stopping by or planning to stay overnight, make sure to indulge in a meal at one of the finest restaurants in the area. Islamorada has become my favorite spot in the Florida Keys, offering a variety of exciting activities such as water sports, beautiful beaches, museums, and state parks. Best of all, it boasts an impressive selection of quality dining options.

1. Lorelei Restaurant & Cabana Bar

Lorelei is one of the most popular restaurants in Islamorada. In the mornings, local fishermen often stop by for breakfast.
