On this past Easter Sunday, former CEO of American Airlines, Doug Parker, and the current head, Robert Isom, took a flight together from Paris back to Dallas-Fort Worth. Interestingly, both were seen carrying Gucci bags after a shopping spree in Paris, as reported by JonNYC, an aviation industry insider.

The sight of these two aviation elites returning home with their families and security detail, each flaunting a Gucci bag, sparked quite a debate. It was rumored that they had “cut in line” to board their flight early in business class, yet they didn’t greet or engage with the other passengers on board. This lack of interaction left many feeling disappointed.

During Parker's tenure, he reduced the number of business class seats on this aircraft to just 37.
