From February 2nd until the end of March, the Kopitiam at Hillion Mall underwent renovations. Now, it’s exciting to see a completely revamped space featuring 25 food stalls! The old food court has been replaced with floor-to-ceiling windows, rustic wooden tones, greenery, and warm lighting, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy hotel.

Popiah Ann Chin: A Michelin Star Attraction

Among the various food stalls, Popiah Ann Chin stands out, having been awarded the Michelin Plate consecutively from 2022 to 2025. Here, you can savor the Special Popiah or Vegetarian Popiah starting from just SGD 2.70 each. If you’re looking for something more upscale, don’t miss the Shrimp Popiah (SGD 3.50) and the Shrimp Sushi Popiah (SGD 4.50).

Shabu Days: A Meat Lover’s Paradise

If you’re a fan of shabu shabu, Shabu Days is your go-to spot. This stall offers a variety of options such as Brisket (SGD 19.90), Pork (SGD 16.90), and Chicken Thigh (SGD 14.90). You can choose from three types of broth: Bonito Kombu, Sukiyaki with Pasteurized Egg, or Herbal Angelica.

Crave: A First-Time Food Court Experience

Crave makes its debut in a food court setting here, with prices starting at SGD 5.90 for the Fish Fillet Nasi Lemak and going up to SGD 9.90 for the Spiced Chicken Nasi Lemak. Notably, from 7 AM to 11 AM, the stall serves a delicious breakfast option of Bee Hoon with various enticing twists.

Unique Flavors at Old Airport Rd WTM

At Old Airport Rd WTM, you can discover enticing noodle bowls such as the Special Dry Wonton Noodles (SGD 6.50) or the Special Abalone Noodles (SGD 7). The side dishes are equally diverse, featuring Ebi Chi Fried Shrimp (SGD 1.80), Special Milk Buns (SGD 1.50), and Chestnut Cakes (SGD 2).

Diverse Offerings from Uncle John's Makan Place

Uncle John’s stall showcases a variety of concepts. Fish enthusiasts can enjoy 10 different steaming fish sets served with white rice, steamed eggs, and soup. You can opt for the Hong Kong Golden Pomfret Set (SGD 13.80) or the Hong Kong Style Steamed Forest Fish Set (SGD 11.80).
