Discover how EXO has creatively reimagined the B logo to showcase their commitment to sustainability, community connection, and cultural preservation. Each unique creation carries a profound meaning that will surprise you.
Introduction to the B Logo
Every March, B Corp Month is celebrated to encourage businesses worldwide to reflect on their role in using business as a force for positive change. This year, the spotlight is on the B Logo itself, a symbol of shared standards, responsibility, and positive impact.
To honor this B Corp Month, EXO invited teams from various locations to reinterpret the B Logo in their own unique ways, showcasing their perspectives and relationships with sustainability.
Initiatives from Different Locations
The initiatives from EXO's teams are diverse and creative, with each piece bearing its own signature while still connecting through common themes. Many teams utilized everyday items and materials available in their lives to create the logo. In Indonesia, the sustainability team shaped the logo using reusable cups and lunch boxes, demonstrating how simple daily habits can reflect a larger commitment to waste reduction.
In Japan, the logo was formed from recycled bottle caps, showcasing their daily commitment to recycling in the office. In Saudi Arabia, the design was created using natural and reused elements like sand, leaves, and stones, promoting environmental awareness.
Transformation and Creativity
Other teams focused on transforming and recycling materials into something entirely new. In Vietnam, the B Corp logo was made from 100% recycled materials, from cardboard to repurposed scrap paper. Cambodia took a similar approach, collecting fallen flowers and leaves arranged into the logo within a recycled frame.

These initiatives illustrate that discarded or overlooked materials can be creatively and consciously repurposed. They also emphasize that recycling and reusing are not just about waste reduction but recognizing the value in what already exists.
We Are the Change
Many locations chose to focus on the collective effort behind sustainability, highlighting that it starts with us. For Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar, this meant everyone participating in the logo, either by forming the letter B or creating a mosaic of team members.
South Korea created a digital artwork reflecting this idea through various locations, using hands to form the B logo so that colleagues from both onshore and offshore teams could participate.
Supporting Community and Culture
In Morocco, the response centered on craftsmanship, identity, and local connection. A handcrafted wooden piece created in Essaouira represents EXO Travel through the Amazigh script, utilizing natural materials and local artistry to express values of cultural preservation, community support, and responsible tourism. This also reflects that sustainability encompasses not only environmental choices but also human connections, traditions, and the history that shapes destinations.
