The wait was worth it, although I was a little disappointed not to find more lard in the dish. Nonetheless, the lard was crispy and fragrant. The pork belly was particularly noteworthy, with its crispy edges and juicy middle that I thoroughly enjoyed. While the meat was tender, I did wish for just a bit more of it.

The Oyster Omelette, priced at S$5 for a small portion, is also a must-try, but keep in mind that it's only served after 12 PM. For seafood and egg lovers like me, this dish is truly heavenly. I counted six fresh oysters in my omelette, and they were delicious. The generous serving of egg made for a rich experience, although it did feel a tad greasier than I would prefer.
