Airports located close to city centers with direct rail connections are a dream. On the flip side, those requiring lengthy transfers, costly shuttles, or buses to reach terminals can be quite frustrating. Once you arrive, is it easy to navigate within the airport? Is security located near the entrance with gates close by, or does the airport force you to walk long distances, take trains to distant areas, or use buses to get around?

Although airspace and operational environments can be congested, this airport is easy to access and navigate. San Francisco Airport is also relatively close and features a direct BART connection, though its runway layout is slightly less than ideal.
