I’ve visited this beautiful resort three times over the past few years, and each visit has offered a unique experience. While I’m not entirely sure if the service meets the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand, it has certainly improved significantly compared to two years ago. Each visit feels incredibly relaxing, without the pressure you might find at other resorts.
Spacious and Welcoming Ambiance
From the pool to the beach, the atmosphere here is always airy and inviting. The main pool is a standout feature, while the adults-only pool exudes a serene, zen vibe. The service at Park Hyatt is friendly, and the staff is always willing to help, although sometimes they could be a bit more proactive in addressing requests.

The beach here may not boast the dreamlike white sand, but it is quite pleasant and never feels overcrowded, allowing you to enjoy the seaside without the hassle of fighting for sun loungers. However, the pool is the perfect spot for relaxation. The water is clean and refreshing, though it might be a tad chilly, but my kids didn’t mind at all.

Noteworthy Dining
While some guests have commented that the dining prices are on the higher side, I found them quite reasonable for a resort of this caliber. The breakfast buffet at Great House is diverse and delicious, featuring everything from fresh juices to specialty coffee, all with no tax and service fees. I always feel satisfied starting my day with breakfast here.
Kids' Club
A highlight of this trip was the kids' club. My daughter has attended many kids' clubs around the world, but this one is her favorite. She often asks to return because of the exciting activities and the fantastic indoor and outdoor play spaces.
Service Quality
I noticed a significant improvement in the service here. Any requests made through WhatsApp were handled quickly and effectively. However, there are still a few minor details that need perfecting, such as the absence of 'do not disturb' signs on room doors or QR codes for room service that weren't functional.
Management Changes
Recently, the resort welcomed a new General Manager, Mariano Silvestri, who brings a wealth of experience from luxury resorts. He is implementing various projects to enhance service quality, and it seems that positive changes have been made recently. Online reviews also indicate that feedback has become more favorable.
Conclusion
If you’re searching for a relaxing getaway that isn’t too noisy, Park Hyatt St. Kitts is an excellent choice. Although there are still some areas that could use improvement, with its beautiful scenery, friendly service, and tranquil atmosphere, I will definitely be returning in the future.
